At Supaw Market, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

📅 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unused and unopened (except where required for inspection)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide full return instructions, including the return address if required.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including food, treats, and supplements)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
